This AV pocket Healing is a 10 minute audiovisual energy healing track designed to promote a sense of inspired upliftment.
 
AVpHs are downloadable audiovisual energy healing track that you can subtly use anywhere. Each one is composed of their own unique mixture of White Oaks footage, solfeggio frequencies, nature asmr, and energy healing modalities.
 
For best results:
-Set aside 10 minutes for yourself in a quiet location
-Headphones are not necessary but recommended
-Soften and hold your gaze on the center of the video
-Focus on your breath
-Allow body (and emotions) to move, stretch, yawn, cough, etc in any way it needs to
-Drink a big glass of water
-Be gentle with yourself, keep resting if that is what you need
