Our 90 Day Program focuses on one of the five Big areas of life: health, love, money, career, or connection to Source-the choice is yours!
No matter which path you choose to walk for your first season with us, we will put a dominant focus on soothing the sympathetic nervous system (stress response) and activating your parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response). It is only in the relaxation state that true healing can begin to occur in any area of our lives.
*Throughout the 90 Days, Asha will be available for daily support outside of the regularly scheduled weekly meetings. Only in a perfect world can we schedule when the challenges in our lives arise, and she is all too conscious of that.
*For health coaching specifically, this includes advanced nutritional coaching for chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, weight loss, etc.
