Reiki (universal life force energy) belongs to all living beings, and White Oaks Guiding is on a mission to get Reiki attunements for personal use in the hands--literally--of as many people as possible. With that said... This is not a Reiki Level 1 practitioner's certification course, though it is the same attunement and initiation. This is a Household | Homestead Reiki attunement. In this course, we cover the basics for you to give Reiki healing to yourself and the people, plants, and pets in your life. + a bit of history and lore + a splash of science + simple ways to connect with and use Reiki energy + a glance at energy systems (chakras, meridians, intuition) + five basic principles + daily practices + the first sacred symbol + attunement session + aftercare You've got a lot more studying and honoring of Reiki and Japanese culture ahead of you if you feel called to build a career as a Reiki healer.
